Free Shipping

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75! No code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Production Times

  • Custom & Personalized Keepsakes: Because these items are handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-customized items are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

  • Note: If your order contains both custom and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship together once the custom piece is complete.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via USPS or UPS)

Order Tracking

As soon as your keepsake leaves our hands, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly through the link provided.

Damages & Lost Packages

While we take every precaution to protect your order, we are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

  • If your item arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at concierge@Imadiakeeps.com with photos so we can help you navigate the claim process.

Currently, Imadia Keeps Co. ships exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to international friends in the future!
